Covid-19 Update

The global pandemic of COVID-19 we’re currently facing is scary and uncertain; it’s disruption of our daily lives and routines has humbled us all, leading us to evaluate our lives and the importance we place on our interpersonal relationships. Here at GetUrns LLC., we continuously strive to be a pillar of support and counsel to our beloved customers who reach out to us in their time of need. We want to do everything we can to ease the pain of losing a loved one. 

OUR OPERATIONS ARE RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY - WE ARE STILL SHIPPING ALL ORDERS OUT ON TIME. 

However, we do ask for understanding as there can be delays in transit. Certain states may be more affected than others, please stay informed on shutdowns in your area which may affect you. Nevertheless, we want to communicate the measures we’re taking to protect our employees while continuing to give our customers the full care and support they need during these difficult times.    

WHAT STEPS HAS GETURNS TAKEN TO MINIMIZE INFECTION?

We are practicing all preventative measures within our operations: 

• 1. Social Distancing - Fortunately, our shipping warehouse is large enough to accommodate the minimum 6-foot distance between our employees. Additionally, they have been delegated their own individual work areas that are consistently sanitized every day. We also currently have taken the extra measure to require any employee who feels ill, to take paid leave. 

• 2. Remote Work - Our administrative and customer support staff is working remotely so we can minimize the amount of staff we have onsite. We are staying connected through virtual meetings, this allows our admin staff to work safely while still keeping united. Please be assured; GetUrns is reachable during our usual business hours of 9am- 5pm CST via phone, email, or live chat. 

• 3. Hand Hygiene - Throughout our facilities, we have numerous sanitizing stations available to our employees to protect their health. We also recommend our customers do their best with practicing proper handwashing and hand rubbing techniques. 

The virus is spreading at an alarming rate, meaning, although we are currently working at our usual operations, we cannot predict how we may be affected by state or federal government regulations. Due to this, we are monitoring the situation closely and will update this page if our production is affected.
